How we work | The process

We consult on people performance issues.  Our work leads to people working more effectively, achieving better results and gaining significantly more enjoyment and personal satisfaction from their professional lives.

We start by figuring out, with our clients, exactly where they want to get to in their developmental journey, and what’s stopping them.  We ask questions like:

  • What results do you want to achieve, that you’re not getting now?
  • What do people have to do to generate those results?
  • If you achieve the results you want, will those results also eradicate the CAUSES of the existing behaviour that does NOT give you the results you require?

To get clarity around such issues we often have to break people out of patterned and habitual ways of seeing the world around them.In a sense, we clear the ‘static’ from people’s minds, allow them to ‘see’ clearly; this gives them a clear focus of what’s important, and how this may be achieved.

Once we have an agreed diagnosis of what needs to be achieved, we design an appropriate intervention. These can range from a half hour chat with a bemused boss to a modular leadership programme over many months.

Whatever the intervention, it’s the resulting changes that we’re interested in, changes in behaviour that lead to changes in results.
